echoes of you(s) är en kollektiv drift, en temporär förvirring av subjektet. Verket rör sig mellan temporaliteter och varaktigheter, rinner iväg från här och nu för att istället ta plats i åskådarens fantasi. Mönster eroderar bort och lämnar svaga spår, de är som tunnlar mellan tider (jag tror jag är på drift i dem). I echoes of you(s) väver Gry Tingskog och Amina Szecsödy samman skulptur, broderi, dans, ljud och teknologi. I detta möte mellan koreografi, performance och installation utforskar de vad som händer med våra kroppar i mörkret.

echoes of you(s) skapades 2019 och hade premiär under Rough Proposals Festival på Künstlerhaus Mousonturm i Frankfurt. Det här är verkets Sverigepremiär.

echoes of you(s) is a collective drift, a temporary dislocation of the subject. It moves inside multi-layered temporalities and durations, leaking away from the present moment to unfold in the imagination of the viewer. Patterns erode away, leaving tenuous traces; they make tunnels across time (I think I’m adrift inside them). In echoes of you(s) Gry Tingskog and Amina Szecsödy weave together sculpture, embroidery, dance, sound and technology. In this meeting of choreography, performance and installation, they explore what happens to our bodies in the dark.

echoes of you(s) was made in 2019 and premiered during Rough Proposals Festival at Künstlerhaus Mousonturm in Frankfurt. This is the Swedish premiere.
